NOTE: JEEP tours are available all of the year except during the height of Ski Season due to road conditions and closures. Please feel free to book any tour from early October onwards. Bright - Harrietville - West Ovens Track - Albion Track - Bright: 2-3hrs return $350 This adventure starts in Bright but we can make it a Harrietville loop if that works better for you? From Harrietville we cruise up the West Ovens Track where you’ll be sure to enjoy the narrow and fern filled valley as we approach the river crossing. After fording the river we commence our climb on the well maintained track. We gradually gain altitude as we traverse our way around the gully where, before long we loop around to look back down on the track we have just driven – only it’s on the other side of the valley. After a bit we arrive at the junction with Albion Track for a mix of steep descents and challenging climbs. We follow the ridge for some time with awesome views of Mt Buffalo to our left and Mt Feathertop and Bogong to our right. This section of track is one of our favourites! As with the Mongrel Creek Track route, there is an option to ride your mountain-bike the final 6kms down the Shamrock Track to the highway and in to Harrietville for refreshments
